You've run this event before. A conference room, a hotel lunch, someone from HR with a slide titled Team Bonding, and a trust exercise the senior manager visibly resents. Two hours in, half the team is on email. Everyone says it was nice. Nobody remembers it by Friday.
Here's what we've learned watching companies come through Hall of War: you cannot force a team to bond. You can only put them somewhere where it happens by accident.
So we put them in an arena. Sixteen people, ten RTX 5070 rigs, a 4-player VR zone, two racing simulators and a big screen with a live bracket on it. Within ten minutes the seating chart the company arrived with is gone. The intern who barely speaks in stand-up is carrying a team through a VR round while a department head takes instructions from him. Sales and accounts, who communicate exclusively by email, are yelling at the same screen. Somebody's boss is losing at EA FC in front of everyone and handling it badly, and that is the single most humanising thing that will happen in your company all quarter.
That's the point. Competition strips the org chart out of the room faster than any facilitated exercise, and it does it without anyone feeling managed. On Monday, the story isn't "we had a team lunch" — it's a specific match, a specific comeback, an ongoing argument about a penalty. That's what team culture is actually made of.
For you as the organiser, it's clean: one venue, one contact, one invoice. Gaming, food from our own kitchen, projector and AV for whatever presentation you have to get through first, and a bracket we host and run so you don't have to. You'll get credit for the best offsite the company has done — and you won't have had to facilitate a single thing.

Comfortably 10 to 100+. Smaller teams get a reserved zone; larger groups run in rotation across all seven experiences, and above roughly 60 people a full buyout usually works out better for flow and cost.
